Our screws are sold on a "no money down," 100% net 30 day basis. In the unlikely event that your screw does not perform as expected, American Kuhne will re-cut or replace the screw as necessary to achieve the guaranteed performance levels. If, after one re-cut, we cannot achieve the expected performance, return the screw and you pay nothing.

Free Extrusion Lab

The American Kuhne Extrusion Lab is free for all existing and prospective customers.  Our valved adapter enables us to mimic the pressure of your system to more accurately predict screw performance in your production environment.  Our proprietary high speed (up to 50 reads per second) data recorder monitors pressures along the barrel and melt temperature in the die adapter with an exposed junction thermocouple.  Output checks and a hand held pyrometer further enable us to provide you with a 100% guarantee of perfomance in your production facility.
