is American Kuhne?
American Kuhne’s team has over 500 years of combined
experience in the specification, design, and manufacture
of single screw extruders in the North American Market. Our extruders are designed and built in Norwich,
CT from domestic components, and range from 1/2" through
12" diameters including our exclusive Steward Barrier
Screws. Turn-key tubing, pipe, and profile systems are
also developed, tested, and manufactured in Norwich, CT.
Our Extrusion Lab is fully instrumented with a high speed
computerized data acquisition system and available for free
customer trials.
Our American corporation was formed in partnership with
one of Europe’s premier extrusion machinery suppliers.
Kuhne Germany has over 60 years experience in the design
and manufacturer of high quality extruders and downstream
equipment, specializing in turnkey Sheet and Blown Film
Systems.
